For years scientists and health gurus have told us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why is that? It is because study after study shows us the negative effects of skipping breakfast or eating a non-healthy breakfast. Starting your day with proteins, like eggs and bacon, leads to better brain function, attentiveness, and more energy.
